A perfectionist and self-confessed design and architecture nerd, Jodie is driven by her deep fascination and admiration of heritage homes.
Having overseen a $1 billion mixed-use portfolio, Jodie enjoyed transforming under-utilised inefficient heritage buildings into functional and beautiful modern spaces. With her stellar negotiation skills and a genuine love for connecting with people, she realised her calling.
Driven to break free from corporate rigidity and senior management, Jodie established her own boutique estate agency centered on her love for design, historical architecture, people and property. Based in Essendon, the place she proudly calls home, Schickerling Real Estate was born.
